Latar belakang: Cakupan kunjungan kespro remaja ke Puskesmas di Kota Jambi tahun 2015 baru mencapai 25,53 % dari target sebanyak 70 %. Dari 20 Puskesmas di Kota Jambi, Puskesmas Aur Duri baru mencapai 0,77 %.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional bertujuan mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi oleh remaja. Populasi adalah remaja di SMPN 19. Penarikan sampel dengan teknik one stage cluster random sampling sebanyak 96 orang. Hasil penelitian sebanyak 45 orang (46,9 %) siswa memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi, tidak ada hubungan pengetahuan (p=0,570) persepsi (p=0.438) sarana prasa-rana (p=0.825) dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi.
Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan dukungan sekolah (p=0.005) dan peran petugas (p=0.000) dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kespro.

Factors Related To The Use Of Reproductive Health Services By The Adolescent In SMPN 19 Primary Health Care Of Aur Duri Jambi City Background: Coverage of adolescent reproductive health visits to health centers in the city of Jambi in 2015 reached 25.53% of the target of 70%. Of the 20 health centers in the city of Jambi, the new health center Aur Duri reached 0.77%.
Methode: This research is descriptive analytic cross sectional study aims to determine the factors associated with the utilization of reproductive health services by adolescents. The population is teenagers in SMPN 19. The sampling technique one stage cluster random sampling as many as 96 people.
Conclusion: The results of the study as many as 45 people (46.9%) of students take ad-vantage of reproductive health services, there is no correlation between knowledge (p = 0.570) perception (p = 0.438) infrastructure (p = 0825) with the utilization of reproduc-tive health services. There is a school support relationship (p = 0.005) and the role of the officer (p = 0.000) with the utilization of reproductive health services.
